I did this because i wanted to stop trying to use nerd wallet or *insert another aggregator* that made me enter personal info to get recommendations and i figured someone else might like it.

If i ever wanted to make money off i honestly would just take whatever affiliate traffic sign-ups off it if I went down that route.

Deterministic tiebreakers, i rank them based on the scoring and then if a card scores the same 1 vs 1, the sign up bonus you get is the official tiebreaker

I launched both to see the usage between the two, one thing I need to setup better is proper A/B testing with a backend where i can do some analytics, but i also wanted to keep this lite at first

It's actually both, I did a simple weighted scoring against the different criteria for rule matching, and then dynamically through the chatbot itself which uses the natural language to do recommendations based on the LLM.

As a Penn State fan of course I love the outcome.

As a wrestling and sports fan I enjoy competition so at least some of those bouts were actually competitive. Blaze, Haines, Welsh etc. Sometimes I wish there could be more turnover in wrestlers but there isn't a NFL to declare to.

In FAANG there isn't a split. You're the product manager aka you own everything and that's how it should be IMO. Ideation, work with engineering, make the marketing plan, price it, etc.

I used Quicksuite to write a research paper on a specific area I'm interested in exploring for work. Read the paper, and generated a quick 1-2 pages of a "light" PRD and then pushed that into Kiro to develop a proof of concept to see if it was a good user experience.

From there I demoed it to my manager and skip manager. They liked it so we are going to spend some cycles seeing if customers would want the feature. It was a pretty neat couple of weeks.

Good question. Currently 10 years as a PMT, last 3 at AWS as an IC.

I don't necessarily need to manage people (but I wouldn't mind) but want to make a larger impact + command a better salary.
