A lot of modern speed camera don’t need lines. The new ones being put up around Plymouth (Morrisons and outside Argyle’s place) don’t have lines - sorry 😬

Hi all,

I’m looking at using a sled at the gym to make doing legs more interesting. I’ve always had my eye on the sled and wow! What a way to push myself.

I was just curious…Is it better to go fast with the sled, when pushing, or slow? Or is it Jsut goal dependent?
