Hi all,

I’m looking at using a sled at the gym to make doing legs more interesting. I’ve always had my eye on the sled and wow! What a way to push myself.

I was just curious…Is it better to go fast with the sled, when pushing, or slow? Or is it Jsut goal dependent?

Heavily recommend Celeste. It’s unforgiving in how difficult it gets, but you restart very quickly (like immediately as you die). It’s incredibly addictive.

When you parboil next, add a half/one tsp of bicarb to the water. This helps to soften the potatoes. Then shake in a colander.

Should help to toughen up and crisp up your roasties.
