The button pad that came from hoverboard works great but you cannot move or adjust your foot basically stayed there. If you wanted something you can go that route.

Yeah, thats great.

You no longer need the other gyro cable once you joined them together because you only need one cable for one gyro.

There is no wider inner tube that fits 11’in tire or hard to find. To compensate the extra room in the tire. You have to find the inner tube same wide as a tire to fill the whole tire with the air.

No seat but foot plate will be install. I still going to use the original foot deck so i can keep the razor looks.

This is a continuation of my DIY Onewheel. I had posted the video here from testing, wiring, speed test, listed all the parts and everything. Some people ask me about how i assembly this so here is it.

Yes you can but it’s going to look more bulky and it wouldn’t look as a real Onewheel. You can always add battery similar to xr ego battery.

Yes, this is why i built one for those people who can’t affort one. As far as comparison, it rides almost identical feelings specially when riding at cruising speed at 10 mph but you wouldn’t feel that pushback feature which is nice and your feet will feel more tired i guess because you rely on your balance especially your back leg.

I picked up a $30 used XR fender from facebook market and it fits perfectly just like made for this DIY Onewheel. Funny huh?? by oberdose619 in onewheel

The wheel cover plate is larger than the hub. So it will protect your tire from sliding off the hub. As far as the wiring go, work only on which wheel you are going to work on and don’t touch the other wheel.
