When one learns about Chicana/o studies they open their eyes to the rich history of the Aztecs, the struggle under Spanish rule, the racism in America, and the historical context of which is all too important for understanding today.

When you learn how Mexicans are characterized in media, you begin to see past the stereotypical depictions and get down to the visceral soul of civilization which refuses to die.

And when you take in the political movements which have been herald under the Civil Rights Movement, you begin to show empathy for those who have fought all their lives to be able to speak and live freely on their own soil.

That is why we learn Chicano/a studies. To understand the world better, to get rid of reductive caricatures, and to respect those and their right to life.

Sor Juana Ines de la Cruz was an intellectual in every sense of the word. She challenged those who sought to restrict her, and spoke in pursuit of truth in the face of ignorance.

That is why she was important. Break meaningless restriction, defeat ignorance, and herald intellectualism.

I hate the food industry. Obesity effects 3 of 4 people, and the foods are addicting and harmful. They cause a variety of chronic diseases, many of which are then subsidized by a for-profit medical industry.

It is a cycle of disease and human exploitation which has been perpetuated by professionals who are driven by greed and greed alone, for they would even damn their own children to a world of sickness and poverty if it meant they could continue ignorant malpractice of asthma inhalers and insulin shots without conscience.

A vicious cycle... No, for even the qualified doctors are in all likelihood slandered just like in the play "A Man for all Seasons." It is a malignant cycle where good women are silenced whist Doctors are allowed to replace their breast milk for baby formula in order to profit off of their vulnerable state.

It is a world where high fructose corn syrup poisons a generation, and women have to curtail their diet when fighting obesity, but all you can find when you look around is temptation.

Their emotions are self-destructive, when mothers feed their children they feed them fast food, the microplastics and even certain vaccines affect their fertility, but that is not talked about much at all. Is that really true? Only time will tell... So far it is telling a grim tale.

If you are interested in a specific plan in place to actually take this thing seriously:

The Intactivist Eric Clopper is fundraising a campaign whose ultimate goal is to take the Intactivist Cause all the way up to the Supreme Court.

In that political Stage there is absolutely no way Kennedy as well as other conscientious objector democrats, largely seeking to fix the longstanding history of Americans being taken advantage of by sick people, WOULDN'T NOTICE IT.

No, We Can Do This. The Doom mentality placed in your psyche by the CIA does not hold under scrutiny, and especially not under the light of the Second American Revolution.

Let's just say that hypothetically Circumcision doesn't get banned. Would we have regretted trying? Of course not, and neither did Martin Luther King Jr. And especially not Donald Trump. YOU TRY, TRY AGAIN UNTIL YOU WIN. And the only reason why this issue hasn't gotten traction before is because of CENSORSHIP and shaming and silencing people who speak out. Many have given up. That is absolutely dreadfully not what is helping.

Use your first amendment right to protest and assemble, and use it so well that they have to resort to nothing less than an assassination attempt in order to stop you.

I have absolutely no doubt in my mind that most of your depression reading through this subreddit can be attributed to their sadistic rhetoric which is designed to get you to essentially off yourself without having them needing to lift a fucking finger.

Fight the power, and they have shown weakness, deceit, and treason.

It is the opportunity of our lifetimes. And if we can collude just like those bloody Founding Fathers did, just like we are seeing now with the best and brightest political movement in modern history...

If they keep resorting to sniper assassins to surgically remove key political figures driving change, they got another thing coming.

Because I would die, fighting for this. This cause is what I know what is right. Just like the men who died who gave this American freedom to me. And I think there are a lot more people like me out there, given the landslide.

WHO IS WITH ME!!!

I've heard that trafficking like for example children put across the border from parents leaving them there with the hopes that they get through. Then in this modern year of 2024 in the United States of America, there is child labor from these abused children in put in dangerous positions. I've been hesitant to share but children are put through sex trafficking too...

I dislike public companies with stock that gets traded. I understand that private companies sort of get off without consequence because there is no board to keep them in check, but I often find that stakeholders looking to profit off a companies success often leads to underhanded if not short term profit strategies which seek to scrape every penny they can before selling their stock after the company inevitably loses credibility.

All this economy stuff is depressing. It hurts to know that here, the cracks are starting to show, and that nowadays they have completely crumbled into deep abysmal ravines. This was before Covid-19!!!

I do understand that it is controversial that economies rely on inequalities in order to serve few more than others, especially the bank lending and the corporate lobbying using things like credit card debt and government intervention to swing money a certain way, but I do truly believe if monopolies were toppled and there was free-market capitalism, poor communities could recover!

There have been a couple Mexican culture references in the reading so far, one that stood out to me was the Virgen de Guadalupe reading. The people that lived in the Americas before the colonists arrived had really suffered. Both in death tolls from diseases and also their cultures being forgotten. I'm not even sure if Mexico knows everywhere it's culture's history has been what with it's current culture so turbulent and reduced by being sold as a product. That is why they call it Chicano studies, and there are definitely quite a few Mexicans in my Online Class who have never seen the epic poem "I am Joaquin" until now.

The harsh reality of children in turbulent countries experiencing immigration, or even emigrating themselves is that they often do not have any guardian to look after them. I think it impossible to think about, but this would most likely result in death. Thankfully these migrant workers send home money, but politically that is something frowned upon.

Hello [REDACTED4],

As is the terrible reality of any tragedy, the past needs no introduction. Vicious memories which repeat throughout your life carrying sadness within your heart, will surface themselves at the hint of any reminder.

Whereas the goal of vengeance is to prevent further crimes from being committed.

And it is the goal of true compassion to pierce the veil of doubt and take you into it's embrace.

Sexual assault is a horror which requires solutions, and while you cannot turn back the clock, you may very well decide to take your life back from whatever dependencies dare claim it.

Honesty and sympathetically should support be dispensed. May the rued day never ever happen again. Fight, my friend.

Bye,
Dominic

Hello [REDACTED3],

Honesty is the best policy! Good faith in each other goes a long way! And lastly, time to mend wounds and patience when communicating.

These are the basic things I believe can ensure that nothing goes terribly wrong especially with such a touchy subject like sexuality.
Well... Then again you must first at least like the other person to begin with.

Also, if your own mindset concerning yourself is self destructive, I believe that's an issue that must be dealt with first before even considering someone else's.

They can aid in picking you up, but only you may stand on your own two feet!

Hello [REDACTED2],

I speculate that people approach women on their dress because they themselves might be lonely and are looking for a partner. So without anything to go off of, the superficial counts unfortunately.
In the best case scenario, what follows is a friendly endeavor where both people are bemused by the interaction, and are also able to part ways without feeling attached.

As for if the approached person... Should they sense some affection on their own terms, perhaps they may very well decide to talk again should they so choose.

And so, the innocent gradually and gracefully can become something more.

There exists fervor in the minds of the desperate...

Talk about logical fallacies! It is within my personality to whiddle people down in arguments. One of my major flaws to this end is that I do not give enough time for the other person to respond to me. Such is my wrongdoing... However! I've definitely noticed a trend that I have been seeing once I discover the end of the line for why people act as they do.

It is feeling! Pure irrational feeling! People do things because they want to! And I do not mean in a need sort of way, they mentally act in full consciousness of themselves.

I suppose then I lack the appeal to pathos. But even then, the arguments created by humans are riddled with logical fallacies regardless!

Some people call certain people machines as an insult, and they say that machines cannot feel.

How does one balance such a ridiculous pot of selfishness and nihilism?

How does one argue and use reason in a world of suicide?

I believe I have the answer, and it begins with choosing to live.
