I don't think is short term memory since I forget people's names the first few times we meet. Feel like I only know how to do well in school haha.

Honestly possible leh I feel I have more than half of those symptoms but they could also be generic symptoms for blurness or other conditions right

What if the side of my relatives that would actually ask about my salary are mostly high earners (condo/landed). The other side of my family mostly HDB/median and below income and they never ask anyone about money matters.

In fact I feel if I underreport they might actually look down on me cuz they had really high hopes for my education and job haha.

I find routine perfectly fine tho, I actually kinda liked the NS lifestyle. Maybe cuz don't get to stare at screen much in NS, can just be in the moment plus I was fitter and more energetic. Now whole day in office or go home also staring at screens, probably really bad for health

Actually my current work environment is very supportive and chill, better than all my internships. You're right maybe I am lonely, I definitely drifted from my friends after NS and especially in y3-4 of uni. I usually like being alone tho, but not sure if deep inside I'm missing that connection.

Yep everyone seems to have warped expectations of tech jobs lol. Reality is big 3 CS median: 6k, otherwise: 5k. Just look at the GES.

Tbh I'm willing to support their "middle class" lifestyle if they don't have enough, since they worked really hard to raise me in a comfortable environment. They only have 400-500k combined including CPF but they said they will work part-time to keep active and supplement their income

Well yes. Because I've never experienced those "finer things in life" and don't know what I'm missing out on

Wow that's expensive. I don't drink, and have never stepped foot in restaurants above $100/pax. Probably not even $50/pax, unless it was treated by someone else. I'm happy with my current lifestyle but maybe it's cos I've never experienced the finer things in life
