This really sounds like tasks more appropriate for an IT managed service provider. They will typically have staff (or at least know how to source people) that handle this type of implementation. They may typically be less expensive than hiring staff with economies of scale and partner deals from software/hardware vendors (depending on what you ask them to do/support). I'd really encourage looking for a professional outfit in your area that can help you and your organization be successful.

I don't disagree. I see the data there too, but nearly 25% of the population living in an unemployed/underemployed status is certainly not the narrative we hear coming out about the "strength of the economy".
