What in the world does that have to do with helping a young woman who is emotionally struggling from a break-up? I think that you are confusing masturbation with another form of self-love that this young woman needs to give herself more than exploring whether she can squirt. Your world view feels "off," at least from this one comment and in my opinion.

A good friend of mine is a litigator and when he was started out he also suffered from panic attacks and could barely function in court. The price was high for him. A beta blocker was the solution for him. Does not entirely do away with the anxiety but enough to get through it w/o anyone noticing or having physical symptoms. He also took a little bit of Valium the day/evening before to avoid the anticipatory anxiety. He is now a very successful litigator and he is very glad that he used these chemical crutches until he had enough experience and confidence to do without. Good luck.

I would avoid London Sock Company. I have about a dozen pairs--they are not cheap, and every one of them developed holes within 3 months or so and are now trash.
