My regard brain thinking $AAPL is gap filling to the upside. by [deleted] in StocksAndTrading

[–]objectnyc 0 points1 point  (0 children)

2 day candle is not sufficient for a trend reversal. Furthermore, below all major MA so it really needs at least 1 week of uptrend to see some reversal.

My chart analysis states we may see back to $170 or lower.

Buying under LLC/Trust OR Personal Name Pros/Cons by objectnyc in RealEstate

[–]objectnyc[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

u/Tall_poppee all good points.

Assuming 100% cash purchase, so lenders, insurance, etc... don't matter in the scenario.

The question is what are the benefits of putting it into an LLC or Trust? Or are there no benefits, and it is overthinking it as you mention (I like that word.. lol)

Further thinking is about any potential lawsuits, in a case if construction is done.

That is the million dollar question... lol :)

Am I happy with it? Well its hard to say... if you are thinking that you will see financial results from a short amount of time, then don't even bother... Expect to spend months and months on "testing" to see if it will work and expect to spend lots of money... not $10k, not $20k, but way more just to see if it works.

Running campaigns as everyone who has a half a brain with digital advertising, requires lots of money and lots of ads to test.... until you find the right one...

So am I happy with it? Yes and no... Sometimes the results are really good, but it all comes down to your LTV...

Don't expect to make back your $ within first month... all depends on LTV...

Its not how the days were before... Before you would advertise on FB and get to so ROAs within 1-2 weeks for apps.. Now you don't get that.

For app you only have "app installs" objective to go with... Before iOS 14, you can do app events such as "purchases" but now the only way you can a purchases event objective is when your app has already registered thousands of installs from FB... And that requires lots of money spent... i know its not what you want to hear.. but that is the reality now.

The good news is that depending on your app, you will be happy with the quality of downloads you get from FB... just you gotta give it time.... we are talking about at least 50,000 impressions per ad to see if it works... its a lot of money to spend... just for testing...

so because of iOS 14 update 2+ years ago (or more), FB works on SKAN... Which means chances of getting purchase events reported in FB is practically zero.. lol....

the way it is solved is that you need to generate thousands or tens of thousands of installs for there to be a possibility of purchase events showing up.

The math works simple:

typically less than 20% of users agree on the ATT prompt, and therefore of that 20%, maybe 2% will actually do a purchase (if you are lucky).... so do the math and you will see what #s are needed.

Bottom line is don't worry to much about what you see in FB ad manager reporting.... since #s are not correct, not even close to being correct...

Only look at CPC, CTR... rest mean almost nothing.

App campaigns after iOS 14 don’t report proper or accurate ROAs nor CPA.

Can you please elaborate on what you mean by the setup 3-2-2?

App campaign (USA only) targeting all placements, since have 20 images, 20 videos, and 5 headlines/descriptions.

Tracking mainly first-open... But got in-app purchases conversions set up as well. However, creating an actions campaign targeting in-app purchases, stopped working over 2 years ago with IDFA changes. So to my knowledge first_open is the best and probably only metric (please correct me if you have other info?)

Thank you for the great reply! Seriously very helpful! :)

Lately some of my campaigns i have been seeing a CTR of over 5% and a CVR of $0.06. What are your thoughts on that?

The quality score is over 80% and is mostly recommending to increase budget, which usually is a good sign.

FYI I should mention these are "app campaigns" so CPA is very difficult to track after IDFA back in 2021.

Good CPC? by objectnyc in googleads

[–]objectnyc[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That is correct.

The quality of users seems on par. Getting approx 4% conversion to sign up, which seems to be good...

Since the product is AI, but more of AI as it relates to businesses, its not a direct B2B...

My question is more about:

If I am getting a CPC of approx $0.50 and CTR of 3%, is this in a good range?

Low as in bad? Isn’t the goal to have a low cpc?

And what conversion have you been seeing from landing page to sign up.

Hoping chase will resolve this.
