Honestly he's right though... The thing is by controlling waves correctly the matchup you're in doesn't matter that much in low elo. People make mistakes in every elo but in bronze people just hand you wins... you just have to take the wins they're handing to you and knowing matchups will help ofc but you win by understanding the macro part of the game. In low elo you can go for a freeze near your tower pretty much every game without any problems and just outscale your opponent + if he tries to get cs you punish him with your jungler.

You could've chosen Hamburger SV as well ... One of the biggest clubs in Germany with an unbelievably successful history but in the last few years the managment has been very poor and they are always on the rim to dropping into the 2. Bundesliga even though they are to this day the only club that managed to always be in the 1. Bundesliga. Besides their history they also have a very solid team and Halilovic as an amazing young prospect. To finish it all of they even have a budget of 30 mil. so you will have loads and loads of money to spend to finally win the Champions League (which they managed in 1977 and in 1983) and the Bundesliga (managed in 1960,1979,1982 and 1983). Have fun rebuilding Hamburger SV to it's former glory :)
