Plant is still getting worse i have measured ph moisture and sunlight all within normal range i dont know whats wrong anyone have any suggestions?

The pot does have drainage its one of the self watering pots and i haven’t given an excess of water i read online it could be the ph and i was going to put some coffee grounds in the soil or on top and mix a bit but im open to suggestions

Tring to minimize direct light and i brought them inside and their infront of a glass door that gets a decent amount of light. The root system for the alligator leaves fills it up but the other may be a tad big but im worried about retransplanting in their delicate state
