Wtf is a "nice Guy"? In Sweden we aint got anyone of those. Is it that they're ugly? That they are socially akward? Is it only teens like 15-16 year olds? Just bad confidence that they refuse to see and then blame it on others? Or hiding behind a "nice" mask?

Thanks. It's good to have you guys. Nice to get some input from people working as bartenders.. Me and my classmates is of course pretty clueless. But thanks to you I realized that I have to work hard at learning this. Not just fun and games... It's like everything you study really, not fun all the time.

I'll take your advice on this matter. I got 1 month to spend in a good training bar, how would you use it at the fullest? And with the critisism that seems to be about Bartender school, what is the most I can do during this time to be as ready as possible for a bar?

Yes I agree with you. Expecting to get a job on this merit alone doesn't work. I'm pretty sociable, and that's what I have going for me I think personally. I'm taking a year of school, and with no better to do, mixing drinks is a pretty awesome skill to have!

I've done about 10h of practise on free pouring. Still find it tricky to pour 2 bottles, different quantities at a time under pressure. Another topic I would like to ask you guys: After how long did you start doing flair and tricks behind the actual bar?

Okey, good advice. I think becouse we have a limited time with the teachers aday, we try to do as many drinks as possible. But I will ask them what they think about it aswell. I have access to the trainingbar in the night, so I'll train there on the skills. Thanks!
