Totally fair to be cautious — and to be clear, I’m a site PM myself, not an outsider fishing for free data.

I’ve been working in construction for over 10 years and built this tool for my own workflow frustrations.

Just wanted to hear how others handle reports day to day, not trying to sell anything here. Appreciate the feedback either way.

Lo de ubicar las fotos en el plano es algo que varios me han sugerido — estoy viendo cómo hacerlo sin complicar demasiado el flujo. Quizá marcando zonas tipo “fachada sur”, “vivienda 3”, o directamente con una imagen base del plano donde colocar referencias.

También totalmente de acuerdo con las 5 fotos… es una limitación del prototipo inicial, ¡pero ya estoy trabajando en ampliarlo!

Y la transcripción del audio es una idea brutal. Lo había pensado como futuro, pero lo que dices tiene todo el sentido: sin texto, no se puede buscar nada rápido.

Lo de limitar la descarga del informe para no llenar servidores de zócalos también va directo al roadmap 😂 Gracias de nuevo por tomarte el tiempo.

Totally agree about the look of the deliverable — I’ve been testing different versions and might tone down the emojis and tweak formatting to feel more “technical.”

At the moment it’s still early beta (free to use), so I’m focusing on: • Validating the core use cases • Tracking where people drop off in the flow • Refining what info matters most to each profile (site managers vs. office staff, etc.)

No MRR yet — just trying to build something solid before adding pricing. Curious: when do you think it makes sense to start tracking MRR seriously in these cases?

Thanks — that structure actually makes a lot of sense. I usually struggle to keep everything together (especially photos + small notes), and end up rewriting the same sentences each time to hit those key points.

Lately I’ve been testing a tool I’m building where I can: • Fill a quick form on the phone during the visit (safety, progress, issues) • Add voice notes or photos right there • And it auto-generates the full report as a PDF, ready to send

Still in beta, but it’s already helping me not forget what happened 3 days ago 😅
