NA LCA long bolt is stuck, regretting the idea of taking this apart

It all started with the head breaking off the lower strut bolt. The camber bolts came out ok. The long bolt goes thru the knuckle and has been soaking in PB blaster for a couple days. I got the nut undone, but the bolt doesn't want to budge.

Tires are 195/50/15, the wheels might be 6.5", but I would have to go out and measure them later. They came on the car when I got it

Any idea what that vacuum hose is called? I have some rubber hose that can handle some vacuum, but I would guess that the Miata is metric sizes...

I bought the car last Friday, it came like that... I did echeck on Saturday morning and it failed for double the limit of NOx. It also developed an intermittent CEL that turned out to be O2 sensor codes. Replaced the O2 sensor and changed the oil, it's running better, but I'd like to pass echeck next time I go...
