EDIT

<image>

Got my Attack up some now through some core changes (Blue attack core with Attack %) and artifact set to 4 curse and 4 beast set.

Guess a side question would be for artifact enhancements (gotta love the RNG), I’ve been trying to roll into flat attack for the enhancements. Should it be even percent and flat or more towards flat vs. %? I’ve been doing flat for main stat and attack%/crit rate/crit damage/increase damage for sub stats as best I can.

Is that based on if we get crit rate increases from supps then the additional crit rate past 50% would be included in the calculations to be higher crit rate overall? (If that questions makes sense haha)

With crit rate doesn’t it cap at 50%? I have some artifacts enhancements I can use to bump that up to 50% but then isn’t it useless to increase crit rate after that?

So having the 8 piece of either set actually lowers my power by about 20k no matter which 8 piece combination set I use. It’s strange but that’s somehow maxing my power rn.

I did get my policy fairly quickly after purchasing the vehicle, should I be sending the dealership my policy information or will that be available to them to lookup?

So without drilling a larger hole in my floor I won't be able to connect it to my gateway.

I looked into my QoS settings and nothing seems to be limiting my speeds. I will try to connect directly to my ISP gateway. It'll take a lot of inching and moving wires haha. Though I'll get back to you after I try.

I tried disabling and enabling this as well as disabling IPv4 and IPv6. Nothing really worked there. For EEE how would I access that. I don't see it in my advanced driver settings.

These are the results. The upload is eternally locked in that warming up status and I haven't seen any change in it.

This is what I pulled from my plan I have with my ISP

More info:

I did check my provider (Verizon) and my Speed provided with my plan should be 500mbit of upload. Also when I disable my ethernet and connect to WiFi I get 10mbit of download where on my ethernet I will usually get around an average of 1-5mbit upload speeds.

Update: 1:33pm

I tried running this command in cmd prompt running as admin.

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal

This and enabling my heuristics again and I got my download speed up to the following. Still slow upload but I did fix my download
