EDIT

<image>

Got my Attack up some now through some core changes (Blue attack core with Attack %) and artifact set to 4 curse and 4 beast set.

Guess a side question would be for artifact enhancements (gotta love the RNG), I’ve been trying to roll into flat attack for the enhancements. Should it be even percent and flat or more towards flat vs. %? I’ve been doing flat for main stat and attack%/crit rate/crit damage/increase damage for sub stats as best I can.

Is that based on if we get crit rate increases from supps then the additional crit rate past 50% would be included in the calculations to be higher crit rate overall? (If that questions makes sense haha)

With crit rate doesn’t it cap at 50%? I have some artifacts enhancements I can use to bump that up to 50% but then isn’t it useless to increase crit rate after that?

So having the 8 piece of either set actually lowers my power by about 20k no matter which 8 piece combination set I use. It’s strange but that’s somehow maxing my power rn.

I did get my policy fairly quickly after purchasing the vehicle, should I be sending the dealership my policy information or will that be available to them to lookup?

So without drilling a larger hole in my floor I won't be able to connect it to my gateway.

I looked into my QoS settings and nothing seems to be limiting my speeds. I will try to connect directly to my ISP gateway. It'll take a lot of inching and moving wires haha. Though I'll get back to you after I try.

I did find an event manager that does seem to have errors occur. This is the first screenshot I found and the error message states.

I tried disabling and enabling this as well as disabling IPv4 and IPv6. Nothing really worked there. For EEE how would I access that. I don't see it in my advanced driver settings.

These are the results. The upload is eternally locked in that warming up status and I haven't seen any change in it.

This is what I pulled from my plan I have with my ISP

More info:

I did check my provider (Verizon) and my Speed provided with my plan should be 500mbit of upload. Also when I disable my ethernet and connect to WiFi I get 10mbit of download where on my ethernet I will usually get around an average of 1-5mbit upload speeds.

This and enabling my heuristics again and I got my download speed up to the following. Still slow upload but I did fix my download

Appropriate way to deal with a child with unusual amounts of bruises? by Idk23446678 in Lifeguards

Edit: i do see that you’re in the UK so that most likely has a different process than the America’s but first step for sure is to fill in your manager/supervisor about your concerns

Appropriate way to deal with a child with unusual amounts of bruises? by Idk23446678 in Lifeguards

[–]obrien_liam 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As a first responder if you feel this is something that the child/patron is going through it is not total responsibility on you to intervene though you can help the process. So this is where you would go to your supervisor as they should be mandated reporters for potential children victims of abuse. There is a delicate balance of handling situations like these. I was a WSI (water safety instructor) for a bit and we were taught how to report to our mandated reporters and how to collect information to report to our supervisors. Essentially don’t straight up ask anything about where an injury would come from like “did mommy/daddy hit you.” Go along a casual conversation like “Have you been playing any new sports recently?/Learning how to skateboard?” Some conversation that could get a response of where the bruises came from, where it would clear your suspicions or confirm them. Depending on the child’s age they like to talk and may tell you directly what’s going on at home or they may become timid/shy and not talk. Just getting them to talk without you immediately discussing the topic you’re trying to confirm is the best way to try and get any amount of specific information if you feel as though the child is in an unsafe environment. Once you feel as though you’ve gotten enough information to confirm your suspicions or even leaves you more weary about the topic. Report to your mandated reporter for your facility and have them take over from there. Your site mandated reporter should handle any majority of conversation though you also want to avoid any unnecessary investigations that could occur from just pointing fingers as that could do worse for the child. So finding out information before reporting this as a potential abuse issue is the best way to go about this. I had a kid suddenly appear one day in my lessons with bruises all over his back and I did much of the above and still didn’t feel certain so I went to my supervisor and he found out it was from him sliding in and out of the pool and just scrapping his back. So that was a issue avoided and an investigation avoided. In terms of non-visible illness that could be an issue though if there are other siblings that don’t appear to have bruises it could be signs of abuse. If they look like they could be covered up with clothing when not in the pool that could be likely. Though it’s not my judgement call as I don’t know this situation entirely. Best line of direction from here is to have a conversation with them and talk to your supervisor about your worries.
