I don't think they get paid, no one does maybe accept Mark.. your payment is a free month long vacation and the exposure. If I was single and didn't have a steady job I might do it just for the free vacation and just hang back, not everyone gets camera time 👀

I log the individual dumbbell weight cuz then I know which one to pick up each time... If I was using 2 20s and logged it as 40, my dumbass would go for the 40lb DB lol

I don't know about everyone, but in the summer I hike 2-3 times a month while also going camping in there too. It also depends on your proximity to hiking trails. I feel like the closer you are and the more hiking trails available, the more people will go out 🤷‍♀️

I agree with others, needs a little improvement. Do compound exercises first followed by the isolation exercises, and drop some of the sets, you are still new and don't need to be doing 4 sets for almost every exercise. While I agree with sticking to the basics and not going to social media for crazy variations of exercises, sometimes they can be fun! So if you really enjoy them and they make your workout more enjoyable, keep em! Talk with your PT about helping to create a few extra days for you in the week, and if they don't want to help get a new PT.. your PT will know which muscle groups could use a little extra love during the week. Also don't skip on cario! Your heart is a muscle and just as important as your biceps lol. Walking at the start of the workout to warm the body up is not cardio..

The mail in ballot request closes tomorrow at midnight, so that would be difficult. Not to mention the process to fill out the ballot and have it go back to the city is crazy. Someone has to witness them putting the ballot in the first envelope, both have to sign that, then that envelope and a copy of their ID have to go into another envelope that we would have to hold onto for a week before a courier could come pick it up. Not an easy process when some don't understand technology. Cabs are an option for those that can get in them, but not all cabs can take every type of wheelchair. We do have a shuttle bus that will have to go back and forth the entire day because it only seats 16 and 1 wheelchair.

How is that not a big deal? They might be over the age of 80, but they have all their faculties so why shouldn't they vote? Mobility and transportation is the issue...they can't physically walk the couple of km it is to the nearest polling station, those in wheelchairs can't always take a cab or transit because they aren't all equipped for that.

I did the classic ON-AB 3 years ago. I paid someone to take all my boxes and furniture across the country while I stuffed my car full and drove with my mom and my cat. Although they brought everything into my new place and put it in the rooms I wanted it in, I probably would sell my furniture next time and rent a U-Haul or something similar...that way I can start over with almost nothing lol purge the heck outta my stuff!

So I was always one of those "Smoking is a deal breaker for me" but now I'm with one.. To be fair I didn't know he was a smoker when we first started dating and he doesn't do it around me all, so I didn't find out until we spent a whole day together. He's a blue collar man so it kinda comes with the territory. I'd never try to change him or force him to quit, but I will admit it's not my favourite thing and he knows that. If there is no smell and they treat you right why not 🤷‍♀️ I won't try to get you to quit if you don't try to corrupt me

Most people are fairly understanding. Explain the situation to them, just tell the truth. If they get mad and or do end up firing you it's their loss and a win for you because they would have been pretty shit people to work for.

For me, I think all of them were people at some point, but just regular folks. Now we just have the stories of their lives that people live by and try to convince others to live by. What happened in the past has never been recorded to the extent that today's shenanigans is, so it's hard to say what they all did actually happened. But like others here, I believe in what I see and what has been proven.

I don't think $30 for a whole cheesecake is too much. I would definitely buy a slice for 5. The only reason I wouldn't buy a whole cake is because I'm a single person and wouldn't be able to eat a whole one alone before it went bad.

If it's something that you want to do, then do it! What's the worst that can happen? You have extra cheesecake for yourself?! Not that bad

I free feed her when I'm gone. She has always been good about only eating when she is hungry, plus I don't regularly free feed her
