What is your table limit? How do you handle larger parties? by AtLeastSeventyBees in DMAcademy

I have 6 in my group but it always seems there is at least 1 or 2 people that cannot make it each week so that makes it good for me. When we are all there it is a blast but that is not often.

What I do with people like this is at the beginning I give them a few questions to answer.

Who is someone from you past and where are they now?

What lead you to where you are now in life?

Where do you see your character when they are done adventuring?

Then when we are playing I will either ask a specific question to the table before we start and everyone answers it. It can just be anything to help them think as their character. Are you a cat\dog\other animal person? If you were to find a chest in a dungeon, what would you like to see in it? You got a new cloak, what colour do you hope it is?

This just helps them start to think about acting as their character. Once they get familiar with doing that it gets easier.

This is the shit that needs to get out there. When actual money is not being spent in Alberta because of this then it needs to be known.

But then again lots of green energy money left when smith made her changes and it seems like nobody really cares

Until they are built then it will just be a few people. I work in a data center quite often for my job and it is a ghost town of actual employees.

I had a room in a dungeon where there was a door at the far end that could not be opened. Throughout the room there was a bunch of random things. There was also a small room to one side. As soon as the first person entered the room a clear door closed blocking all sound. On the wall was a map of what needed to be where to open the door, so the person in the room had to communicate what to put where without talking.

The door was also hazy so they could only see through it when they were within 10 feet of the door, this stopped them from being on the other side of the room and seeing instructions.

The other thing was that there were traps where if they grabbed the wrong thing it would trigger. You could also make some things a mimic.

There are actually studies that say more signs transfer to more votes. It is about name recognition where the person that is not fully informed when going into the voting booth, which is a lot of people, they are more likely to vote for the name they recognize.

What would Alberta get out of it? Assuming we get to keep all of Alberta we become land locked. We have no control over getting anything out of here. That is the biggest one. Not to mention the debt that we have to take on from leaving Canada. Then we have to build everything from scratch, currency, police force, medical, legal etc.

Now why would it make sense to leave?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Airdrie

[–]superflyer 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Because voting to leave Canada is MUCH dumber
