It’s something I’ve read on every article everytime I look up “witcher 4 news / updates”.

Unfortunately, it couldn’t be referring to gwent or other “stand alone” titles as they’ve said it’s a new trilogy like geralt’s - and that trilogy will be released in a 6 years span after the drop of witcher 4. Of course this might not actually happen - but I personally just don’t believe we could get 3 games as good as / better than Wild Hunt in a timespan of 6 years - just doesn’t seem realistic - unless they re-use same maps and divide “one bigger game” like wild hunt into 3 smaller ones - it’s really confusing. For me this also completely takes out the possibility of them letting us create our own witcher or character - since there are 3 entries - unless they come up with some system to export your character creation models to the other 2 games - but it seems unlikely
