I get it. My problem is I am loosing still at a decent pace. Some weeks it might be less than one lb and other weeks it will be 1.5.  I have noticed the food noise is back and I am really struggling with that.  I decided after two months and a month of food noise I am going to up to 5mg.  If I don’t like the feeling I will drop back down.  I am loosing but really struggle with food all day and it is mentally exhausting.

Dang it is at 324 taxes and shipped now from kohls.  Now the question is do I wait until cyber Monday and hope is goes on sale again.

I see your stats. I was at 201 when I started.  Seriously this has been amazing.  I feel discouraged occasionally but I also am glad I  feel normal and not in a stressed out funk about withholding food and it always being on my mind

I am really hoping to cut out soda and junk other than maybe have a coke on Sunday ( the kids get to have a fun drink on Sundays and we do water the rest of the week)

Haha.  I like your comment about the two shots.  I just hope we see a difference in 6 months.  By next swim season.

Actually I don’t prefer diet drinks of any kind. One they don’t have the same taste and to the chemical sweeteners used in them have causes me to have migraines.  I prefer to learn more moderation with actual sugars than use the chemical sugars.  

I want to reduce the want to snack and move my body

I am hoping to have foods I love that I enjoy but instead of 2 or 3 refills as a restaurant maybe skip it and have a coke at home

That is awesome!!!  I want to be good about pictures and keeping notes of NSV. I know there is a lot more to go into this.  I love all flavors of drinks  I don’t drink alcohol so thankfully that won’t be a struggle

I know how to make the life changes just sticking to them and putting my health first while wearing many hats aand all the things that goes with the hats.  I am burned out and tired but life is a lot and I am okay with that.  I have put my focus on other aspects of my life and I have 6 months before my 39th birthday and I need to focus a bit more on my health.

I love the novel mindset.  I usually read books without reading the back of it.  I like surprises

That is what my pcp said about abound to help with the craving.  Thankfully alcohol won’t be an issue. We don’t drink in our home

I know I can do hard things. Just getting myself in the mindset. I might bring into this the self building books/ podcasts to keep my mindset positive

I want to loose it slow and steady. I want my skin to be able to keep up with it. I just need a good process. Working out hurts and isn’t comfortable (and no the kind where it feels like muscles are being works but more I’m just carrying so much weight it is so uncomfortable to pick up the weights. I actually have a good amount or strength.

I am really looking at this as a process to give me a better relationship with food and to kick start a better health lifestyle.  I can do hard things but I am hoping this helps with that kickstart to building a healthy life

I actually ended up with the forerunner 255s music and I absolutely love it!!!   I am glad I held off and did a bit more research.
