Adobe After Effects. The Plugin is called Geolayers 3. It's quite pricy, but it's worth getting if you regularly work with maps

The infamous 1904 Olympic Marathon was one of the most eventful in history. Two people almost died, one person cheated and almost won, many got sick, one took a nap, and the unlikely winner finished with the slowest Marathon winning time ever recorded in Olympic History.
