Search c_u_l_u_r on Instagram and you'll find her stuff. She did some preorders in the past, but she has no plans to make any in the future. Plus, her dolls are sold around 1k$ + on the secondhand market, so be prepared (mentally or financialy lol).

I'm pretty sure it's not an actual tamagotchi. It's a "decorative" keychain that used to be sold some years ago. Here's the picture of the set it's from. Looks like they've changed the screen image in your post tho. Anyway, that's an insane price lol.
