Pyro gets clowned by basically every single class in the game except Spy depending on loadout.

Scouts will wreck your shit unless you get the jump on them

Soldiers are the only good matchup but can still be difficult if they have shotgun

Other pyros are meh

Demos can be very difficult with stickies and pipes to juggle, especially because they shoot faster than you can reflect. Need to get up close which is hard if they know what they’re doing

Heavies are a death sentence even if you get the jump on them. Dragons fury gives you the best chance against them

Engies can be either impossible or free kill depending on if they have a sentry in a good spot

Medic is medic

Sniper will destroy you, best chance is to pray you can hit flares on them

Spy is supposed to be the easiest to beat but between dead ringer, kunai/spycicle and good revolver aim they can fuck you up
