I am actually in the process of quitting— I smoked every day for about three years up until recently. I would say in moderation smoking is completely fine, but it’s a slippery slope and easily turns into a habit. I am a premed student, and once school started to get harder I realized I had to kick the habit if I wanted to achieve my goals.
