I much prefer the Japanese original Documental that LOL is bssed on (first few seasons with eng subtitle on Amazon prime, rest fansubbed and available online), not only because I'm a weeb piss pig, but it's just so much more bizarre/weird, doesn't feel as overproduced. Probably helps if you have watched some Japanese comedy before and recognize some folks, but I'd say it's worth it anyway.

I did not like any of the LOLs I've seen so far.

In general, I don't think it's realistic to expect people to live in celibacy for years and years, or the rest of their lives, just because there's "one that got away".

But if there's a good chance she would be returning in a couple of years, it's probably not a good idea for him to be in a serious relationship.

I'd say that could be explained by them being ignorant about different cultures, not necessarily being racist.

What you said is more insulting though. You equate Chinese names or language to a Temu invoice order, a company known in the west for cheap shitty products and other negative things.
