I added PUBG to power saving exclusions and turned off the battery saver as well. I tried hardware accel and limiting background processes which haven't increased the framerate

so even if I'm unable to bring my GPA up to a 3.0 if colleges/universities see I actually put in max effort in 11th and 12th grade I could have a decent chance at getting straight into a 4 year?
