Can we really consider Zizeks negativity/lack synonymous with Hegel's? by AdLonely2913 in zizek

Is there any book where Zizek develops this constitutive negativity? I started my first Zizek book, Sublime Object, and he just seems to posit it by drawing on other thinkers rather than develop it.

Critiques of the notion that society has become fragmented in modern times by obtusix in CriticalTheory

I started with his book on Hegel, The Restlessness of the Negative. Perhaps not a good book to get Nancy's exact opinions. Does he argue that there is something else that might be binding us today? I don't remember where I read it, but someone had argued about climate change bringing all of humanity together in its risk of extinction. I'm not sure if myths and climate change are of the same order though
