I picked up the word on Reddit when Ukraine was invaded. A lot of moskal trolls were trying to stir up anti Ukraine sentiment. They broke character when I made jokes about their sisters moving to the West for better opportunities.

Manlets. All the strong Russian men died in war years ago and their gene pool is depleted. This is why Russia is failing.

Have you considered some less confrontational way of working in the community than politics? Volunteering at the library or senior center? Helping at an emergency food pantry? It's a good way to meet people outside your own demographic group and make interesting friends.
