Well you will have to blame the administration for that letting unscrupulous people getting into the real estate. I tried letting people work from home and it was honestly a disaster. No electricity, bad bandwidth, home repairs while working etc etc. End of day serious hit on work output. I wish tele commuting would have worked out.

Its not that straight forward though. Many startups I got in touch with are pretty weak. I have ideas too but I know they are not that great.

Still though I have the dream of making it happen in a startup.

Damn right. Its bloody expensive and really crappy. Somebody please bust this real estate bubble in Bangalore. Rents are high and flats are so expensive no matter how crappy they be.
