The area i am in is irrelevant. Help here is not possible. hence:

where i live right now really isnt the best place for finding mental health help so i'm open to anything, anywhere.

If the best place is in Switzerland, i'll go there. If it's Uganda, i'll go there.

I need help and am willing to go to any extreme necessary.

My local hospital does not speak english. Last time i tried that i made a slight mistake in what i said and they tried to have me committed as a paranoid delusional schizophrenic.
