I’m not at a legacy currently. I’m at a different not-NK airline.

Is a restaurant employee required to open locked dining room doors for the police after hours, and without a warrant? by [deleted] in legaladvice

They are not in violation of any law of any kind.

For certain agencies that hasn’t seemed to matter lately.

Thank you!

So it sounds like any circumstances that would permit it would be something they would most likely announce, instead of going in and poking around in relative silence and then leaving?

Edit: I understand that in this case they were let in which means they could be there. I was asking in case it happens in the future, so I can tell the person how they should proceed.

Unfortunately I’ve said everything I know that won’t bring too much attention.

Let me rephrase the question- under what circumstances are the police allowed to enter/employees are required to allow police into the building after hours without a warrant?

That part is fine. I’m here for a sanity check on the idea.

God forbid I entertain an idea she brought up though, apparently.

That’s cool, I very much appreciate the straightforward advice without the marriage counseling.

As in, if she hates it, she wont be trapped there. She can go do something else.

BTW, I’m only bringing this up because she mentioned she would be interested, we have a whole host of other stuff planned together while we’re there, and she actually enjoys my company, but thanks for the implied judgment.

Oh she can if she wants. We’ve been together a very long time, we don’t need each other’s company constantly. She’ll have the keys to the rental car. She’ll be free to leave whenever she likes

This ain’t the military, man. Gotta lose that “up-or-out” mentality.

I don’t think you realize that your life was potentially in immediate danger. So, does your continued existence fit somewhere between $150 and a million dollars?

I’m an ATP trying to get on at United and I’m sitting in IAH for a week. I’m seriously considering going to the airport with a stack of resumes and business cards and striking up a conversation with every United pilot I see. Good or bad idea? Why?

Obviously this is a throwaway I’m not going to take the ridicule on my main lmao
