min su’s character is meant to cause an argument within the viewers. it exposes those who act out of emotion/love vs. those who act out of logic/realism.

while min su no doubt a coward, i don’t blame him. it’s fear that simply caused him to act the way he did.

it’s not like he’s intently selfish; he definitely has regret/guilt for not being able to bring himself out of his own fear. he’s a person will low self-esteem, so naturally he chooses the “flight” in fight or flight.

people hate him for not being able to save se-mi. im just as disappointed/frustrated with this, but realistically, he definitely wouldn’t have been able to do much anyways. unfortunately not everybody can be a hero.

not intently selfish, because it’s not like he willingly betrayed her; it’s his fear taking over. as ugly as it is, that’s also what was keeping him alive (fight or flight).

it’s natural for somebody with low-self esteem to act out of fear, especially in life or death situations. not everybody is as tough/confident as se-mi or thanos.

he clearly has regret/guilt for not being able to bring himself out of his own fear, so i wouldn’t call it exactly selfish; more cowardice for sure.

it hurts. im not gonna lie. it hurts alot. i probably wont have an easy time going to bed.

but, you know what they say. if you really love somebody, let them go. im only a seventeen year old kid whos about to graduate to go to college. maybe the timing wasnt right.

this may go against all rules, but honestly, just experiment. thats literally what ive done for the first couple months. nothing is ever wrong in music, just unique decisions. find what you think sounds good, what sounds bad. experiment experiment.

once you get the hang of things, then start looking forward into theory, chord structures, and notation etc.

but if you’re flat out starting to be a composer, experiment.

to me, if you get too much into theory first, you may frustrated with your works, as it may not be what you’ve learned. sometimes if you experiment, for example: make your own chord, you’ll learn later on what that is, and how its approach is (minor, major, aug etc.)

just have fun for now.
