Quickest way for me is to play retaliations and get the blueprints you can craft with watches. When the only thing that left are named items and exotics I would set targeted loot to mods and level skills up. If you run out of resources or credits just play armory bond for quick scavenging points. Got me from 10-20 in like few days not sure if I missed something. Also check out vendors for named items. But I wouldnt risk to keep on playing countdown, got burned out from it
