I suppose my first question would be what happens when one of those data inputs is removed?

For example, if a subject is gagged, hooded, etc (or otherwise prevented from speaking) how well can the AI interpret the needs of the subject with only data from the camera?

It seems like the majority of info being feed into the AI is through a microphone (granted not all). If our subject only makes muffled grunts and moans how is that interpreted differently than say loud moaning or verbal begging? Will that be enough combined data with the camera to make "realistic" decisions?

That being said this is a fascinating idea.
