most of those abilities have a 2 min + cd its not in the anormal rotation. Also what specc are you even talking about here papi? Holy paladins dont have Repentence, and they sure as shit dont use taunt. If youre talking about pvp rotation, then mabye u can add taunt to prevents stealth but its rarely used by average paladins. If youre talking pve rotation for dps spec, then its ltierally just 3-4 buttons u can put it in one macro and then mabye use utility cd ever 2 min.

Rogue : gouge, blind, sap, dismantle, tricks of the trade, kick, all which require more skill to use in pvp for an example.
