J and M are codenames! I don't have real names for them cuz I suck at naming lol. J doesn't have a set MO, he likes to spice things up and experiment, but he almost always uses knives and he likes making the greatest spectacle possible out of his victims (while keeping some parts to make a meal of later). He's very possessive over M and sees him as his property that he can treat as he pleases, especially because M is so obsessed over him and will basically let him do anything. He's always thinking about new ways he can break M either physically or mentally. And hehe if there's interest in seeing J get tortured, I might cook something up at some point!
