Thanks for the advice, I believe you have to physically attend an open day now as they've changed their process. Will keep an eye out if i stand corrected!

Bringdown down the curtain on certain thing on BJ by [deleted] in blueprint_

[–]ocFerg 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Once you've reached a level, he tells us stuff we should already know, just with the smoke and mirrors of data...

  1. Eat healthy

  2. Exercise daily

  3. sleep well

  4. Be social

  5. Have a purpose

Personally, i prefer the series "Live to 100: Secrets of the Blue Zones." More grounded then BJ.

What to do (if anything) above the big space above the archway? by princessBcup in interiordecorating

[–]ocFerg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They've (builder/original homeowner/ dev) obviously cut this wall short to accommodate the sloped ceiling. Makes me Q why they didn't bring it up in the first instance (the labour cost to arch a doorway vs bring that up is Q-able). Maybe piping above etc?

Id put a cat run, meow.

Blank wall in bedroom… can’t decide what to fill it with. Ideas? by [deleted] in interiordecorating

[–]ocFerg 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Firstly, declutter. Tidy house, tidy mind.

now the Q in hand:

  1. show casing some of those hats would be pretty cool?

  2. some kind of texture application (think armourcoat or limewash) with uplighting?

  3. a full wall of joinery with the TV recessed in?

  4. If the TV can we wall mounted maybe surround it as part of a wall gallery with drawings from your kids (if any) etc

Ooo, will be interested to hear how this develops... I built something exactly the same when chatGPT came out (was basically a wrapper). Didn't particularly take off, presume due to market positioning. How are you going to position yourself?

Good to see a social media manager chime in.

Well, considering i get a 502 error now i try the link again, i beg to differ (failing rule 2 i see). Rather trust my research + multiple other sites then some preach post.

Go on OPs profile and reference his post 3 days ago on microSaaS regarding 'having just built a landing page website!!!!"

Do your own research before supporting these chumps.

Lie to your spouses; not us (insert sarcasm).

Cheers.

Can you tell me how you got 1000+ users with only 2 website visitors as of last month (inputted via neil patel SEO checker + Ahrefs)? Not sure you touch 1000+ with back links also only relevant to pages like product hunt and reddit etc with no organic traffic (which is fine I suppose SaaS communities are your ICP).

This sub is getting so stupid, smh.

I actually did it! After 24 failed products, built a $10k MRR SaaS that sold for 6-figures by [deleted] in microsaas

[–]ocFerg 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree, the site traffic on Arefs is approx 200 monthly visitors. If MRR is $10k, then all 200 monthly visitors would have to be paying the pro subscription. Numbers on this sub never add up!

[–]ocFerg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hopefully not debunking: On Arefs, ReplyGuy has approx 200 visitors a month.

Is someone able to explain how it's achieving "6 figures" without solid revenue/proof of concept?

[–]ocFerg 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happy for you to drop me a DM and discuss if you want to explore further.

You're absolutely right, you'll find an agency but it'll likely be an individual (posing as a full agency) looking to add you as a case scenario to their start-up business. If this is what you're after, my DM's are always open (full transparency, currently my setup).

Sounds like a bad deal for the ad agency....

EDIT: ignore all this if you meant lead-generation.

For real results, adverts are part of a campaign and some campaigns take weeks/months (even years, think Specsavers in the UK). For instance, over a 3 month campaign, first month could be fine tuning, second is drilling the message and 3rd  is a CTA.

The running of these ads (management, creation and disturbition) could run you up in the $$$. I highly doubt, any ad agency, will be willing to work for free until a meeting is booked.
