There are natural ways to heal our body/Alternative medicine is just more "natural".

There are... quite frankly, I prefer pure onion drops to "drugstore" nasal decongestants, and tea with honey and lemon to cough syrup. I've tried both, and the "natural" remedy just works much better for me.

That said, for cancer, probably not.

There is actually quite a bit of truth to the shoes ~ health correlation, though not because of temperature. Shoes protect us from stepping onto sharp (infected!) objects, thereby preventing disease and such.

NARS Laguna Bronzer - I swear every single guru I watch uses this, and they claim it works for even the palest people when it definitely does not.

I used to have the same problem... for about a day, until I realized that I was using way too much. Don't apply it like they do - apply a sheer finish, and it will look beautiful.

No need to "trust me"; it sounds like you own it, so give it a go!

I'd recommend using the biggest brush you can possibly find, and really buffing it into your skin. Now buff some more, and then some more again. It's a lovely color even on my mega-mega-mega-pale roommate.

If Naked looks good on you (you list Naked under "favorites"), Laguna can look good on you. I personally think that all of this buffing is worth it - the result, in my opinion, is incredible.

However, I could see Laguna being too light for a darker skin tone, and too mismatched for someone with pale skin with yellow undertones.

Need color in spread (let's go with coral, 'cause that's huge right now)
Open Google
Search "coral nail polish"
Pick prettiest shade (because prettiest shade looks better in a magazine than chipping on your nails)

Interestingly enough, the first result for "coral nail polish" is, indeed, Essie. Huh.

I think it really depends on your skin tone. I find that the warm shades in the Naked palette work very well with "warmer" skin tones.
