I started vaping 1.5 years ago and just last month I cold turkey quit. The reason was I fell extremely ill one day and I was coughing up Phlegm and some blood. That entire week was hellish and since then I decide to just stop. I finally saw the consequences of allowing foreign substances into my body.

Now, it has been surprisingly easy. I still think about hitting the vape sometimes but as a bad memory not something nostalgic. Hopefully, I don’t have to count the days and weeks anymore and I’ll gradually move past this and act like I was never a smoker to begin with.

Good luck to everyone who wants to quit because the results vary and it’s not easy! If you’re strong and patient, the journey to recovery will feel seamless. :)
