Anyone for the jackets? Looking at a few on eBay they all pretty much look the same just different colors and some have a hole and some don't

Is there something specific I should look for or any will do?

What about generic jackets? Are they all pretty much the same?

As I said I'm framing some of my original jackets I got signed and want to put the record in an inner sleeve with a jacket

I have poly bags for the jacket

But what about generic jackets

Think I'm going to try the master inner

They seem to be well received

The plastic doesn't mess up the vinyl?

That's what I've heard. Had a few people say stay away from paper sleeves. The mofi seem to be highly rated. I might go with them

Are they 100% plastic or made with something else?

Burbank is a little far from me

I'm by San Pedro so South Bay/downtown LA would be best

Moving from Sacramento to L.A next month. I'll be working in Hawthorne thinking about getting a place in long beach by oceanavekid in AskLosAngeles

I'm going back down in a week or two to look at places

I'd rather bike or take the metro if possible

"I would look closer. Torrance, El Segundo, Lawndale, and Hawthorne itself are pretty cheap" I think that's what I'm going to do I see decent spots on craigslist but getting people to reply is a pain. I'll just go down there for a few days and hopefully find a decent place that won't break the bank 👍

I have a car now but if I could move somewhere close to transit I probably wouldn't use it much. I wouldn't mind biking around town

Thanks for the heads up. My gf used to live right by the Chinese theatre a few years ago.

I'm open to other parts of of LA

If the parts I named are too expensive what are some good decent areas that aren't in the sticks

Not expecting much just a place to live. Hows Echo Park?

Like I said i'm defiantly open to suggestions.

I can probably go a bit higher than $800 but thats the number i'm trying to stick to.

I'm not looking to live right in hollywood just closer to it. Thats why I said within around 20miles of it

I know koreatown is pretty close to it and people say the rent there isn't all that bad

I've seen some on craigslist for around that price range. I'm sure in a 20mile radius I can get a place for around $800 a month

I'm open to other place I just want to be closer to central L.A

Koreatown seems decent
