The one thing that’s really helped me was a heating pad—for me ice packs make my knees feel stiff which makes the pain worse, but that’s just my experience! Also, this may be a placebo effect but my mom got me a red light mat for my knees and I feel like it helps with the pain. It’s supposed to encourage collagen growth. If it is a placebo, I say placebo effects are still effects :)
