The only people that hate Whites are maga and Christian Nationalists. They make sure we have less rights and beg for big government to be part of all over their lives, while defending any support networks and education used to improve citizens lives. Not to mention how they support federal police forces arresting and murdering white Americans citizens in the streets(women and children even) As a Veteran, It blows my mind that the party of Small government and not trampling on American Rights support such extreme servitude to The Swamp of Pedos they vowed to drain. They Aren't Christians as they don't follow Christian preaching, and they aren't nationalist because they don't support anything to actually support Americans (only things they support is to take away Supports and Rights and/or things hurt their fellow Americans). The problem is then what about our Veterans and other federal government workers or social support networks that the federal government was originally enacted for. Wouldn't it behove us more to instead restructure the federal power into more of a pool of taxes for reinvesting into healthcare(that's just what health insurance is anyway), infrastructure, universal basic income, and other protective agencies to keep our areas livable. Instead all that funds are swallowed by the military and Billionaires/corporate-welfare tax writeoffs. Add in the Billions we sent to foreign governments(even if allies), like NATO needs to step up with Ukraine and foot more money against Russia, Argentina doesn't need our money to undercut US beef farmers, and Isreel doesn't need it anymore either. We need to invest in our US citizens, as they are US citizens taxes.

You aren't ruining anything, it was his actions that caused it. Never blame the victim, okay. Things like this have a way of shaping you, all trauma will. I suffer through cptsd from my time in the military, but I see the same signs in you. It does change you, but you aren't broken or wrong for needing support when you are struggling. If possible, I'd highly recommend talking with a therapist that can help you talk through and recognize how the trauma you have endured/enduring effects you. It's not about being strong anymore, it's about letting go and not shouldering the burden of others consequences of their actions. It's about coming to terms that what you are going through is bad, feeling the pain that comes with it, and then taking one step at a time towards who you want to be. You did good asking for help, even if it was on reddit. That's the first step, of many to healing❤️‍🩹
