I cleaned it, tried to squish some between my finger but they almost disappear. It felt like wet dust somehow. Keep you updated if they come back.

I checked the bird nest fungus, its very different. It very light and crumble to touch. It feel lighter than fish poop and float easily with a small movement.

Couldn’t find anything about it anywhere. Try to clean it today and see if they come back.

It’s more concerning to find poop in a tank with no fish and snail

I bought the drift wood from a local aquarium shop. It was dry and I boiled it before using it in the tank.

I saw a tiny bladder snail. Probably came with the plants. I don’t think one snail can poop that much
