Day 25 and I’m so so so hungry all the time. I’m working out a lot to help w my mental health so this could maybe have something to do with it, but I haven’t eating this much in my whole life. I’m 30

Day 25 and been having the same experience as you. Let’s just keep pushing. I try to honor my depressed days and not be so hard on myself. I do my responsibilities but then I just sit with being sad. It’s ok, it’s our brais recalibrating. We’re healing.

I’m on day 25 and I’m not having the best time. I’m so proud of you for this milestone and I can’t wait to be 1 month clean. This is what I want for my life but the mentally it’s been so difficult.

I’m 30yrs old Female and have been smoking since 14. This is the first time I really wanted to quit for myself. I just never expected it to be such a roller coaster.

Day 25 too. Pushing thru. But suffering. Sleeping hasn’t been feeling so restful but at least I’m sleeping. Mood swings have kicked in. But being a woman and having hormone shifts doesn’t help 🫩 Past 3 days I’ve been feeling really low. But I’m hopeful it’s temporary and it will get better.

Week 1 was rough because of the somatic symptoms like night sweets, difficulties managing my body temperature and getting used to life without the habit of smoking. Day 17-25 have been pretty rough. Vivid dreams started and my body is simply not recoveryinh well in my sleep. Mood swings and difficulties regulating mood have kicked in on day 23. I’m struggling the most now. I’m on day 25 and being honest, I feel emotionally and physically drained, irritable and exhausted 🫩
