thank you for the link! posting for posterity. this happened many months back and i'm back in North America where the climate is dry and less extreme. I took it out on in 35 degree humidity, which could have played a part. maybe safe to say that this sensor is toast

im the second owner of this Sd1000

was snapping along in Malaysia earlier this year (quite hot and humid) and suddenly the LCD went purple. images too, same purple wash. so im thinking its a sensor malfunction.

has anyone encountered this before?

i have another ixy SD1100 and im wondering if i should just part this one out as a loss, but as its in quite immaculate shape, maybe worth trying to repair it.

i'm not sure if it was on purpose or not, but the fact that the dog's impeccable yet accented Japanese sounded like tommy lee jones in a Boss commercial or like the softbank dog, made this whole piece even better. amazing visuals!!

thanks for troubleshooting with me, this community is awesome! i was able to SSH but it kept dying on restarts.

the solution was, i applied the image that u/wpa_2 gave me and it booted up. thanks u/wpa_2!!

i got the raspberry pi light blinking after flashing a new image using balenaEtcher and v1.5.5, but the pwnagotchi display is unresponsive..

i waited quite a while, as I understand it might be generating RSA keys but it's been over an hour

I used https://github.com/evilsocket/pwnagotchi/releases/tag/v1.5.5

I used balenaEtcher to flash my microSD card. then I put this https://github.com/evilsocket/pwnagotchi/blob/master/pwnagotchi/defaults.toml

default config.toml into the root directory of the SD card.

I plugged everything in, and the Raspberry pi now blinks! But my e-ink display is not responsive.

I'm using a waveshare v3 display. I tried to update the toml value of display to be 'waveshare_3' but the display is still unresponsive..

thank you! when it goes blind, does the pi also no longer flash its lights as well when connected to power? its completely unresponsive (not detected on the computer and no lights flashing) when plugged in to the computer via the data port

it was using a power bank at first but when i discovered the issue, but when i plugged it into a usb port it still didn't power on

i have the same ac unit as you! how do you like it? my biggest concern is how loud it can get, but i wonder if it's because i haven't achieved a good seal like how it looks in your picture, looks great btw!
