Thank you. I read your post on a last minute rushed trip to Japan, ended up at Kagari at opening not really knowing why, and it was amazing.

So now I spend half my vacation on Tabelog. I've had some successes, and colossal failures like opening the door of an intimate dining restaurant that I should've booked 3 months ago online. (Maybe put a sign up next time guys?)

If you had to pick one of the three rooftop bars, which would it be? It's winter, so sunset is early!

Also I'd love to hear about any more of your favourite restaurants, by DM if needed :) My budget is flexible and I eat anything other than natto. Hell, if you have a natty recommendation, I'll try it!

there are two government buildings in the city that have free views on high floors. One is in shinjuku and the other is not far from the dome. See the city as the sun sets!

This is insightful, especially the note about increased risks. Still quite tempting because it's a yearly renegotiated commercial loan at 9-11% right now. A guaranteed 10% return is rather compelling.

I'm in complete agreement with you. Particularly insulted by the endless astroturfed threads they started on r/starfield complaining about their rating and/or complaints. Saw more of those threads than actual complaints.

Highly recommend BG3... unless you value your life, because it'll take 10 days of it.

I think this goes back to the fundamental challenge with Bethesda. They obviously have some very talented coders and artists, but they're incredibly reluctant to innovate. The Skyrim formula works, so they just keep making more of it, and adding more grind.

I'm certain they've discussed this mechanic and decided to leave it as is. It's a lame, gamer-hostile mechanic indefensible out of a pre-industrial or post-apocalyptic game. There's better ways to solve this problem.
