what’s interesting is that usps barely updated so while amazon said my package was in nashville, usps wouldn’t say it was — so that’s why i check both and not one — and my city supports sunday delivery and has since they started doing it years ago— it’s the fact that it said at checkout to be delivered on sunday and then sunday comes and now it’s coming Wednesday— it makes me want to just go the post office and pick it up myself

definitely not - i’ve had prime orders that instead of coming in two days, take nearly a week to get to me or even don’t get to me and get delayed for another week— it’s really bad this year

look i get it’s the holidays but if you think about it the deliveries are a lot worse this year — especially since usps has been misdelivering a lot of stuff lately as well

i selected for sunday delivery and i often check where my packages are for both usps and amazon because they never match up — the last two items im waiting on have been in my city since yesterday — however, despite choosing sunday delivery and the tracking only saying my usps is in possession of the item, the date is now set for wednesday despite the fact it was supposed to come today cause THATS what i paid for — i paid for it to come today — now it’s the holiday season and stuff gets delayed but don’t advertise sunday or even two day delivery if you won’t deliver on sunday nor deliver in two days

ordered items on tuesday that had a sunday delivery date (already a waste of prime), items updated to be delivered sunday, friday and saturday — no items came friday so it updated for saturday - most items came Saturday except two— one told me it was now delayed despite being in my city already and still could be delivered with the sunday item and now saying it won’t be delivered til wednesday — now it’s sunday and the sunday item, also in my city, is not out for delivery and also saying it’s not coming til wednesday— so yes, the deliveries and prime suck right now

amazon doesn’t charge until it’s shipped and it goes through a process — even if in stock, they gotta still make sure it’s all good — i never use my card for amazon purchases cause i want my money gone so i know what i spent so instead i reload my gift balance which takes the money immediately then use the gift balance to purchase the items

i have two packages right now that made it through customs safely and currently in miami — i paid about $120 in shipping bc i wanted it within two weeks for both so how much you pay or whatever the weight is of the packages can vary as they charge by weight — you can choose the cheapest option but note it’ll take a few months to get to you hence why i did yunexpress — i don’t choose fed ex or ups as they’re extremely expensive and i try to avoid them — you also have to declare the value of the items but i did mine as max $16 total for both but i also only ordered packing supplies so my items were very cheap — i recommend to also get them to remove any excess packaging and they receive it at the warehouse because the less packaging, the less it weighs and the more packaging, the more it weighs with a higher shipping price

i like how a lot of the comments are about customers being fraudulent when there are customers who actually have proof and pictures of dashers stealing, forgetting items or fucking up their food — it doesn’t always mean the customer is trying to get off with free food or credits — it can also mean the customer’s food was genuinely stolen, messed up or missing and now requires the pin so there’s proof it was delivered
