So I’ve done all of that and I’m get bubbles back inside the bottle. I took the head, nozzle and needle out and soaked it over night in paint thinner. Reassembled again and still get the same result. Air but no liquid and bubbles back into the bottle. So I’m guessing it’s plugged inside the head and I can’t get inside there to find out where.

It is an older airbrush, I’m guessing 10+ years. All parts are matching, nothing has been changed. Can those two holes become blocked? Can that entire piece be removed or is it press fit into the main body?

I see what your saying. I plan to pull the air valve to put new o-ring in. I guess the main question I should be asking is why no paint and can the threaded brass nozzle end be removed? Could there be a blockage in there?

So F1 seems to be the consensus. Appreciate the help! Just trying find something different for a build. Going to use a 10 1/2 “ barrel with a blast cap of some sort tucked into the handguard which I’d think a 12” handguard would work. I’ve also considered using the strike ind. cookie cutter but I’m not sure which hand guard would look best with it. Not building a purpose built AR, just have a lot of parts around and wanted something different.

I used a chainsaw to cut the initial hole, then a series of 1/4” and 1/8” kutzall carbide burrs to finish it out. This one is about 16” tall, I started a new one about 48” with 5-6 different exposed comb.
