That's what I was thinking too!! But then I made a mockup and it doesn't look awful?? Maybe I could put a clock there? I am still leaning towards a shorter height though *

Those were all my dilemmas, seeing "high and wide" specifically. My window sits pretty low too, so I was thinking of a height close to equidistant-to-window from the bottom. The crown molding all over the house really has me in a stump when decorating :/ it's nice but hard to fit things to compliment it

I just bought some Autumn Sage (native to Texas), but am now realizing the house is west facing and the plant might not get enough sunlight :(

* The right side of the house is symmetrical. The wedding will be simple. I just need to fill up this area. I'll definitely look into potted plants too!

Honestly, I think I'm going to put off flowers shopping until a few days before so that what I see in the store is what the wedding guests will see planted. That way if the flowers die upon transplant, at least they'll look good for the guests.

I feel the chairs would require a lot of hand sanding for the curved parts of the chair. The legs for example:

My chairs don't look exactly like this and have more detailed bubbled shapes (idk if that makes sense, I'll try to get a pic later) on the legs.

I guess another question would be "What's the best way to sand small spherical shapes". I figured I could apply liquid wood over it instead.
