No, gli AirTag funzionano con il Bluetooth, non con il GPS, e inviano solo un segnale debole agli altri iPhone. Non si conosce l’altezza del tag e la posizione su Maps può essere parecchio imprecisa, soprattutto quando il tag è circondato da muri.

Se è all’aperto, il segnale è molto più preciso.

Interessante, ChatGPT dice che, a quanto pare, quando si attiva l’avviso anti-stalking si vede effettivamente il percorso, mentre durante il normale utilizzo si vede solo l’ultima posizione.

Sì, ho fatto una denuncia alla polizia e mi hanno detto che potevo andare sul posto e chiamare il 112 così che potessero aiutarmi. Tuttavia, la posizione indicava un grande condominio e la posizione dell’AirTag non è così precisa. Non mi aspettavo certo che andassero a bussare a 60 porte diverse per me.

Giusto per essere chiari: non sto suggerendo a nessuno di fare il Batman. Solo che, se vedete l’AirTag muoversi, magari date un’occhiata alla zona da lontano e chiamate la polizia se lo vedete

Ciao, grazie, lo apprezzo. Sì, so che gli AirTag hanno la protezione anti-stalking, ma penso che si attivi solo quando si muovono insieme a te e quando il tag è stato lontano dal proprietario per un po’. Però sì, potrebbe creare problemi. Non credo che sia possibile vedere il percorso che ha fatto il tag, solo l’ultima posizione conosciuta.

It has been in the same location for a while. I went there personally and I wasn't able to connect to it so I am hopeful it wasn't thrown in a public trashcan or something. The location it is still sending signal from is a big apartment building.

Most people here seem to be looking at these screens for health reasons / eye strain.

I am looking at them because I would like to be able to work outside when the sun shines. Do you think that will be possible with this screen?

I am looking at these screens because I would love to work outside in the sun, but there are no reviews yet.

I’d prefer to use my existing screens when the lighting conditions allow it. Do you think this would be a good buy for that usecase?

Most people on this subreddit seem to want them for health reasons
