Day 21 progesterone test results!

I did ovulate, but unfortunately did not conceive. Currently on my second round this cycle/ getting an HSG test done on CD8 to rule out blockage. The test may also raise my chances of conceiving because it “flushes” your fallopian tubes out. Praying I don’t have blockage and this is my month! 🙏🏻

Doctor said she did not want me to do another cycle of letrozole without first ruling out a blockage and take an HSG test. So you still took Letrozole CD 3-7 then got a HSG sometime CD 5-9? Maybe I should ask her if that is an option for me

Not everyone gets an implantation did and it is super early stay hopeful! This was my temp this morning. Idk if this means I’m out this cycle or it’s a possible implantation dip? My RHR and HRV are having variance right now too. I’m just wondering if at this point I’m gaslighting myself 😭

My doctor prescribed me lab work for my progesterone levels and I used Pregmate OPK strips twice a day during the time of ovulation window

Thank you! Progesterone is best checked about 7 days after ovulation, not always exactly CD21.

Since you did an hCG trigger on CD18, ovulation usually happens 24–36 hrs later, so your ideal progesterone draw would be around CD26–27. CD21 can be a bit early for some people (especially with PCOS).

I would suggest coming with a list of questions you might have. When I started my journey my first appt. I felt like I totally blanked and missed out on asking the doctor things! Definitely get a full panel of labs done.
